We take great care in packing & sending your order so it arrives safely & in perfect condition.

Processing Time
Orders are typically packed & dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or market weekends, this may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location & order size.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location:

  • NSW: 2–5 business days

  • Interstate: 3–8 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates & may vary with Australia Post.

Packaging
We take extra care when packing our honey jars to ensure they arrive safely. All orders are securely wrapped to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Items
While we pack orders carefully, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

If you’ve selected local pickup, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time.
